About WELLELE

WELLELE is an electrical insulation components manufacturer supplying OEM equipment makers, fuse assemblers and industrial distributors. The factory is in Suzhou, Jiangsu — drawing review, manufacturing, inspection and shipping run from one site.

What we make

We manufacture custom insulation tubes, laminated sheets, rods, washers and fuse components across six product families. Parts are produced to drawing by rolling, filament winding, pultrusion, punching, turning and secondary machining. Stock sizes exist for common grades, but most orders start from a dimensioned drawing.

Manufacturing processes

  • Rolling and winding for cylindrical tubes (vulcanized fiber, phenolic kraft, composite)
  • Filament winding and pultrusion for epoxy glass and fiberglass structural tubes
  • Resin transfer molding for shaped high-voltage casing and bushing parts
  • Punching, stamping and CNC turning for laminated sheets, rods and washers
  • Heat-shrink extrusion for polyolefin, PVC, PTFE/FEP/PFA and silicone sleeving
