At 800V the busbar sleeve has to insulate the bar, resist flame and keep its wall after recovery. The three numbers that matter are shrink ratio, recovered wall and voltage rating.
Shrink ratio sets how much larger the supplied ID is than the recovered ID; pick it from the busbar cross-section plus any corner buildup. Recovered wall is set by the voltage class, not by looks. Material is a V-0 polyolefin rated to the platform.
For ESS packs we can pre-slit and cut the sleeve to length so it drops over the bar during pack build. Send the busbar stack and we size the sleeve.
