10 kV rated busbar casing with semi-conductive layer for MV switchgear. PD suppression.
35 kV rated thick-wall busbar casing with semi-conductive layer. IP67.
MPG10 series: 8.7/15kV (10 kV insulation level). MPG35 series: 26/35kV (35 kV insulation level). Custom intermediate voltages available on request.
MPG10: 20x5 mm to 120x20 mm. MPG35: 40x10 mm to 200x30 mm. Custom lengths and shapes are manufactured to drawing.
The conductive inner layer shapes the electric field along the busbar surface, raising the partial-discharge inception voltage above the operating stress. This prevents corona and surface tracking in MV environments.
Yes. A standard heat gun achieves recovery at 90-135 C. No special equipment needed beyond even heat application.
Yes. All polymer compounds comply with RoHS 2011/65/EU and REACH 1907/2006. Material COA supplied per batch.
