No. Cold shrink sleeves are pre-stretched on a removable core. Once the core is pulled out, the sleeve shrinks in place at ambient temperature. No heat gun, torch or special tools needed.
EPDM suits standard temperature applications (-40 C to +90 C). Silicone covers wider ranges, especially where high flexibility or -55 C to +200 C exposure is needed. The choice is driven by your cable's thermal profile and installation environment.
Yes. We supply 0.6/1kV through 26/35kV with quad-layer stress control and IP68 rating for submersible installations. Specify cable size, voltage class, and whether the joint is indoor or outdoor.
