Single-wall shrinks to fit; dual-wall also has an inner hot-melt adhesive liner that flows when heated to form a permanent waterproof seal. Dual-wall is chosen for outdoor, moisture-exposed or submersible applications.

No. It is heat-activated. The outer wall shrinks while the inner adhesive melts and flows. Apply heat evenly with a heat gun at 90-135 C.
Yes. Low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) adhesive and jacket options are available for enclosed or public-space installations where smoke and halogen emissions must be minimized.
Polyolefin dual-wall: -55 C to +105 C continuous. Fluoropolymer option: -55 C to +200 C. Specify your exposure profile on the RFQ.
