Precision epoxy glass washers for terminal and busbar insulation.
Arc-resistant washers and spacers punched or machined to drawing.
Stamped washers are held to the sheet tolerance, typically +/-0.05 to +/-0.10 mm depending on material and thickness. Tighter flatness or ID/OD is done by machining.
G10/FR-4 and GPO-3 cover most switchgear temperatures to 155 °C class. For hotter duty we move to higher-grade epoxy or ceramic-filled composites — tell us the service temperature.
On thin-wall vulcanized fiber sections we typically hold ±0.05 mm on ID and OD. Knurl pitch, major/minor diameter and position are reviewed per drawing. Capability is confirmed against your print, not published as a blanket claim.
No. For arc-facing surfaces, use ceramic-filled epoxy glass, melamine or synthetic arc-quenching composites. Vulcanized fiber is for non-arc-facing mechanical bodies and end caps.
Every batch is traceable to the incoming material certificate. Material COA, first-article inspection (FAI), in-process checks and final inspection reports are supplied per your plan on request.
Send the drawing with your requirements — material grade, dimensions, tolerance and annual quantity. We match the grade and respond with manufacturability notes and quotation.
