Yes. Punched holes are produced burr-free on melamine, epoxy glass and phenolic plates up to the tooled thickness. For thicker or tight-tolerance holes we CNC machine instead of punch.
GPO-3 is the standard for busbar supports and barriers because of its track resistance and V-0 flame class. G10/FR-4 is chosen when you also need higher mechanical and moisture performance.
On thin-wall vulcanized fiber sections we typically hold ±0.05 mm on ID and OD. Knurl pitch, major/minor diameter and position are reviewed per drawing. Capability is confirmed against your print, not published as a blanket claim.
No. For arc-facing surfaces, use ceramic-filled epoxy glass, melamine or synthetic arc-quenching composites. Vulcanized fiber is for non-arc-facing mechanical bodies and end caps.
Every batch is traceable to the incoming material certificate. Material COA, first-article inspection (FAI), in-process checks and final inspection reports are supplied per your plan on request.
Send the drawing with your requirements — material grade, dimensions, tolerance and annual quantity. We match the grade and respond with manufacturability notes and quotation.
