Dry-shrink cold shrink cable accessories for 0.6/1kV power cables. The LSY series pre-expanded sleeves are held on a removable core during shipping and installation. Once the core is removed, the EPDM or silicone rubber recovers to provide a tight, seal-protected joint or termination without heat.

Heat-shrink tubing provides environmental sealing and mechanical protection when shrunk over wire harnesses and connector assemblies. Recovery temperature determines application method.
Cannot be stretched back once recovered; UV degradation if exposed without additional protection. Not for continuous high-load mechanical situations.
Standards: ASTM D2048, IEC 60228, UL 224 (flame retardant), RoHS and REACH compliant.
Cut to length before installation; dual-wall adhesive lined requires controlled heat profile for proper flow. Review feature depth, edge distance and remaining wall against critical geometries. Capability is confirmed on your drawing, not from a blanket tolerance.
We state the control plan with you. Batch traceability links raw material lot to finished part.

Ratios from 2:1 to 4:1 depending on material and wall. Dual-wall adhesive-lined versions provide environmental sealing.
Standard polyolefin recovers at 90–135 °C. PTFE at 300–400 °C. Match the recovery temperature to your assembly heat profile.
Yes. All standard grades comply with RoHS 2011/65/EU and REACH 1907/2006. Certificates supplied per batch.
Yes — identification bands, logos and warnings printed before or after shrink. Ask for print area and ink compatibility.
ID from 0.2 mm to 200 mm flat wall, 3 mm to 300 mm dual-wall. Refer to the sizing chart on the product page.
