ESS packs stack hundreds of volts on tight busbars near cell terminals, so the sleeve must hold DC dielectric and edge coverage while fitting the crowded module footprint.
Confirm wall and DC rating for the pack voltage; sharp busbar edges need deburring. Verify thermal cycling fit as pack heats and cools.
