PET (Mylar) bolt sleeves as flange isolation kit components -- the dielectric break that stops galvanic corrosion on bolted pipeline and tank flanges.
A flange isolation kit separates two flanges (and the bolts) so stray current and galvanic action cannot eat the joint. The bolt sleeve is the part that is most often wrong: too short, wrong diameter, or missing from the kit entirely. We supply PET (Mylar) bolt sleeves made to the bolt callout and packed to count, so the isolation is continuous from flange face to nut.
The buyers are flange-isolation-kit manufacturers, gasket-kit OEMs, pipeline-corrosion suppliers, cathodic-protection companies and the valve/flange distributors that serve them -- concentrated in the Middle East but also North America and the North Sea. We lead by solving the fit-and-completeness problem, not by selling film by the metre.

Washers and a gasket isolate the flange faces, but the bolts still bridge the gap unless the sleeve is correct. If the sleeve is too short or missing, the stud touches metal and the isolation fails at the exact point meant to be protected. Supplying the sleeve cut to the bolt and packed to count turns a common failure into a non-event, and it is far cheaper than PTFE for the bulk of standard-duty flanges.
We size the sleeve inner diameter to the bolt shank and the length to the full stud, then pack to the bolt count for the kit. State the bolt callout and the number of bolts per flange; we deliver a counted set, not a length to be cut on site.
We state the control plan with you. Batch traceability links the film lot to the finished sleeve and the inspection record.

General PET film tubes.
It provides the dielectric break on the bolts so stray current and galvanic corrosion cannot bridge the flanged joint.
PET for standard flange duty at lower cost; PTFE for higher temperature or chemical exposure.
Yes. Sleeves are cut to bolt length and packed to the bolts-per-flange count.
Middle East first, plus North America and the North Sea oil-and-gas and pipeline sectors.
