This page is the size reference for our PET (Mylar) bolt insulation sleeves used in flange isolation kits. Bolt holes on pipelines, tanks and valves rarely follow one standard, so we cut sleeves to the bolt you actually use -- the M-series metric sizes below, plus ANSI and DIN variants -- and to the full bolt length so the dielectric break is continuous from head to nut.
Dimensions are indicative for selection; the sleeve inner diameter is matched to the bolt shank, and wall is chosen for the dielectric and mechanical duty. For a kit, send the bolt callout (for example M20 x 90 DIN 931) and we cut and pack to count.

Why size the sleeve to the bolt, not the hole
A sleeve that is too short or the wrong diameter leaves the fastener touching the flange at one point, and that one contact defeats the whole isolation kit. Sizing the inner diameter to the bolt shank and the length to the full stud keeps the dielectric path continuous from the head to the nut. We hold wall thin enough to fit inside the nut clearance yet thick enough for the required dielectric strength.
Length, wall and kit-packing review
State the bolt size, standard (M / ANSI / DIN) and overall length. For kits we cut to length and pack to the bolt count so assembly has no missing or misfit sleeves. Wall is selected against the dielectric requirement, not maximised.
