Why PTFE for this application
PTFE's smoothness, biocompatibility profile and kink-resistant thin wall make it a standard liner for catheters and device leads, provided the medical-grade raw material and cleanroom processing are used.

Feature and remaining-wall review
For PTFE Tubing we sinter ID and OD to size and CNC turn the ends, slots and holes. PTFE cuts cleanly only with sharp tooling. Review of feature depth, edge distance and remaining wall happens against critical geometries, and the drawing is what confirms capability, not a general tolerance.
