SMC Sheet Molding Compound
Moldable sheet compound for large insulated enclosures and parts. SMC is a moldable glass-polyester sheet used for large insulated enclosures and structural parts where molding beats machining. We supply sheet and molded blanks to the part envelope you specify. SMC when the part is large or molded; laminated sheet when you machine from plate. We advise from geometry.
