1 Raw material preparation : Select high quality vulcanized fibers as raw materials, usually using natural fibers such as wood pulp and cotton pulp as the main raw materials.

2 Pulp Preparation : The raw material fibers are pulped, j-soaked and other treatments to make paper pulp.

3. Paper molding : The pulp is molded through a paper machine, through filtration, pressing, drying and other processes to form wet paper.

4. Vulcanization: Wet paper is immersed in a vulcanizing solution for vulcanization, so that the fibers in the paper react with the vulcanizing agent to increase the strength and durability of the paper.
